This service enables the Ministry of Finance to register all annual budget jobs at the beginning of each financial year, allowing government agencies to audit their jobs and review them electronically. Then, the Ministry of Civil Service conduct final review on jobs for approval and registration in the ministry's database.

- Request service authorization from the Ministry of Civil Service by the government agency representative;
- Signing in to the service through its related link;
- Entry for the specified fiscal year;
- Determine the procedure to be implemented;
- Modify available job data.
Conditions
The user must be a Saudi citizen.
The user must be authorized to use the service.
The annual budget jobs received from the Ministry of Finance must be registered in the system.
