Job Transactions Documentation (TAWTHEEQ)
In order to activate the concept of electronic transactions with government agencies and their integration with related systems, the Job Transactions Documentation service was launched to achieve the highest level of follow-up and documentation of job procedures and incidents automatically between government agencies and the Ministry of Civil Service. The job events and incidents of the government sector employees are recorded and updated electronically through the provision of this service to government agencies specialists.

Steps
- Request service authorization from the Ministry of Civil Service by the government agency representative;
- Signing in to the service through its related link;
- Choose job event/incident to be recorded;
- Enter beneficiary’s ID number;
- Complete and send the request data;
- Follow up on the status of requests and amend them in case they are returned from the ministry.
Conditions
The user must be authorized to use the service.
The user must be a Saudi citizen.
