Beneficiary Interaction Center (Amer)
The Beneficiary Interaction Center (Amer) actively participates in supporting government agencies through the unified national platform SA.GOV and multiple digital communication channels. The role of the center revolves around responding to public inquiries and providing technical support for digital services provided by government agencies to citizens.
The Amer provides support and answers to questions in Arabic, English and sign language through qualified cadres through the following channels:
