Book an appointment online:
The user chooses the online appointment service to make an appointment reservation
The user selects the reservation information
Determining the branch sector (labor / social security offices)
Determine the branch city and the appropriate branch for it
Specify reservation details (day / appointment period)
The user enters (the ID / Iqama number) and the mobile number
The user enters the CAPTCHA and chooses a reservation
The user is required to enter the verification code sent through Absher
The user enters the verification code
The appointment is reserved for the user, the reservation message is displayed, and an SMS message is sent to the entered contact data
Inquire about an appointment:
The user chooses the electronic appointment service to inquire about an appointment
The user enters (the ID / Iqama number) and chooses a query
The user is required to enter the verification code sent through Absher
The user enters the verification code
The reservation information and the location of the branch are displayed
A user can request to resend appointment details by selecting “Resend SMS”
The client can (cancel the appointment) only if the appointment is still on by selecting “Cancel”
