The Ministry provides an electronic signature service within the framework of managing and documenting employment contracts through the “Qiwa” platform. Establishments can create, document, and terminate employment contracts for employees in a completely electronic manner.

The request is referred to the relevant committee for review, and the applicant will be notified of the application status.

Log in → Services → Select “Professional Category Amendment Request” → Complete the form → Submit the application.

The applicant must hold a previously issued professional license.

A practitioner who has previously obtained a license through the Registration and Professional Classification Service.

Yes. An applicant may obtain multiple professional licenses if they have the qualifications, training, or professional experience required for each classification.

Yes, the registration and classification service fee shall be refundable if the application is rejected.

The applicant may review the reason for rejection through the application details and submit a new application after addressing such reasons. 

Yes, the invoice can be cancelled prior to payment, provided that a reason for cancellation is entered.

The applicant can track the application status through the “My Applications” page within the Product. Notifications will also be sent via:

  • SMS
  • Email
  • In-product notification

One of the following actions may be taken:

  • Direct approval and issuance of the License
  • Approval subject to examination
  • Approval subject to examination and interview
  • Approval subject to interview

Access “My Tasks” → Select the “Review Request” → Amend the required information→ 

Resubmit the application.

The beneficiary page is part of a unified and integrated system that aims to enhance beneficiary satisfaction by improving the efficiency of handling complaints, requests, and reports, and responding to inquiries effectively and efficiently. It also aims to enhance the effectiveness of electronic communication with ministry officials by enabling beneficiaries to access the service of communicating with His Excellency the Minister. This service comes within the framework of the ministry's ongoing commitment to improving the quality of services provided and enhancing the level of interaction with beneficiaries through official digital channels
