The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has concluded its "Awareness of the Ministry's Vision and Strategy" plan with the participation and attendance of 5,986 of the Ministry's staff across the Kingdom. Through this plan, the Ministry seeks to align its directions and strategic objectives with the requirements of Saudi Vision 2030 and its programs, achieve integration between relevant entities within and outside the Ministry to unify efforts, support the implementation of initiatives, and enable the Ministry's staff to provide a distinguished experience for beneficiaries.
The strategic plan included organizing 43 workshops that contained an introductory overview covering the Ministry's history, establishment, and various sectors, as well as reviewing the active contributions of the Ministry's programs and initiatives related to the Vision's programs. This was in addition to the Ministry's strategy, objectives, initiatives, and an explanation of the strategic cascading mechanism and its importance.
It is worth noting that this awareness plan represents an important step in enhancing strategic awareness at the Ministry level, increasing the productivity efficiency of its staff, and strengthening its institutional culture.
