يختتم جولاته الميدانية في موسم حج 1447هـ

His Excellency Mr. Ismail Saeed Al Ghamdi, Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services and Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Hajj Season, concluded his field tours in Makkah and the Holy Sites on Wednesday, 10 Dhu Al-Hijjah 1447 AH. The conclusion coincided with the Eid Al Adha greeting ceremony held with ministry employees participating in Hajj operations at the committee’s headquarters in the Government Agencies Complex in Muzdalifah, following a series of intensive visits to monitor the Ministry’s operations and services provided to the Guests of Allah during the Hajj season of 1447 AH.

During his meeting with ministry personnel assigned to Hajj duties, His Excellency conveyed Eid Al-Adha greetings and congratulations from His Excellency Eng. Ahmed Sulaiman Al Rajhi, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development. He expressed appreciation for their field efforts in serving the Guests of Allah and emphasized the importance of continuing to work with a unified team spirit that reflects the integration of the Ministry’s various functions and responsibilities throughout the Hajj season.

Over the past few days, His Excellency’s tours covered a number of projects, sites, and initiatives related to serving pilgrims. He reviewed the level of readiness, operational coordination, and integration between the Ministry and participating entities, as well as the progress of field operations across service, social, and developmental facilities. These visits included the Kingdom’s Project for Utilization of Hady and Adahi, the Exhibition of the of the Two Holy Mosques Architecture, the King Abdulaziz Complex for the Holy Kaaba Kiswa, and the Clock Tower Museum, where he reviewed the services and programs offered during the Hajj season.

During his tours, His Excellency also met with His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq Fawzan Al Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah, and His Excellency Eng. Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheed, Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites. The meetings reviewed areas of coordination and field integration among entities responsible for serving pilgrims and discussed projects and support services aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing the pilgrim experience.

The tours further included a visit to the National Initiative for Hajj of Persons with Disabilities, where His Excellency reviewed the services provided to beneficiaries and the efforts undertaken to enable them to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind. He also visited several social and developmental initiatives operated by the Ministry, including the Ghaith Fpundation and the “Shatha Al Baraem” Children’s Hospitality Center located in the Clock Tower, in addition to monitoring the efforts of the Ministry’s inspection and compliance teams at seasonal work sites.

At Arafat, His Excellency met with volunteers participating in the Ministry’s operations and those of its partner organizations, commending their humanitarian contributions in serving the Guests of Allah. He also reviewed a number of environmental and volunteer initiatives accompanying the Hajj season, including an initiative focused on reusing chilled water bottles and promoting environmental awareness in the Holy Sites.

His Excellency concluded his tours by meeting with participants involved in the season’s operations, praising the efforts of field teams, participating entities, and volunteers, as well as the high level of organizational and operational integration achieved, which contributed to supporting the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah during the Hajj season of 1447 AH.
