As part of its commitment to leveraging technology to serve people, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development continues to enhance its digital services ecosystem through its smart platforms and applications. These efforts contribute to improving the experience of the Guests of Allah and enabling them to easily access supportive services during the Hajj season 1447H, thereby enriching the overall pilgrim experience.

These efforts are driven by an integrated vision aimed at delivering smart, user-friendly services that cater to the needs of diverse beneficiary groups. The Ministry’s digital applications provide a range of services that support pilgrims, particularly older persons and persons with disabilities, enabling them to access assistance and support quickly and conveniently.

Among the services available through the Ministry’s applications is the Disability Facilitation Card, in addition to instant support and assistance services designed to accommodate the needs of different groups. The applications also provide a Labor Law Violation Reporting Service, which contributes to enhancing compliance and improving the quality of the work environment during the Hajj season. Furthermore, beneficiaries can access humanitarian support services through the Support for Needy Individuals service available within the Ministry’s digital ecosystem.

Through the Mowaamah platform and its integrated digital services, the Ministry also provides a range of around-the-clock support services for persons with disabilities. These include sign language interpretation, visual assistance services for persons who are blind or visually impaired, guidance to accessible locations, and video communication tools that facilitate accurate explanations in emergency situations, thereby improving response times and enhancing the quality of support provided to beneficiaries.

In support of the seasonal labor market, the “Ajeer Hajj” Service facilitates the utilization of national workforce talent through seasonal employment contracts. The service helps meet labor market needs during the Hajj season, contributes to organizing the work environment, and enhances the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah by supplying qualified personnel to Hajj-related entities. The platform also enables the digital documentation of employment contracts and workforce procedures through a streamlined and efficient process, contributing to higher service quality and ensuring timely support and assistance for pilgrims.

Through these digital initiatives, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development reaffirms its commitment to continuously enhancing the experience of the Guests of Allah by employing modern technologies to deliver more efficient, flexible, and high-quality services throughout the Hajj season.
