H.E. Mr. Ismail Saeed Al Ghamdi, Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services and Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Hajj Season, met on Monday, 8 Dhu Al-Hijjah 1447H, corresponding to 25 May 2026, with H.E. Dr. Tawfig Fawzan Al Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah, and Eng. Saleh Ibrahim Al Rasheed, Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, as part of his field tour to follow up on the Ministry’s activities during this year’s Hajj season.
During the meeting, the participants reviewed the collaborative efforts among the entities involved in serving the Guests of Allah and discussed areas of cooperation and field coordination related to the services provided in Makkah and the Holy Sites. These efforts contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and improving the quality of services delivered to pilgrims.
H.E. also reviewed a number of developmental and organizational initiatives and projects being implemented by the Royal Commission during the Hajj season, and their role in enriching the experience of the Guests of Allah. In addition, he visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Project for Utilization of Hady and Adahi, where he was briefed on the project's operational and organizational mechanisms and its role in facilitating the performance of rituals through an integrated system that serves pilgrims and maximizes the benefits of sacrificial offerings.
The meeting comes within the framework of strengthening integration and coordination among government and service entities participating in the Hajj season. Such efforts contribute to supporting operational excellence and enhancing the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah, in line with the directives of the Kingdom’s leadership to ensure the well-being of pilgrims and enable them to perform their rituals with ease, comfort, and peace of mind.
