The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development held today, Wednesday, 8 Rabi’ Al-Thani 1447 AH (corresponding to October 1, 2025), the Beneficiary Experience Forum, under the patronage of His Excellency the Assistant Minister for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, with the attendance of His Excellency Raed bin Abdulaziz Al-Jarbaa, the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Beneficiary Experience and Branches, and a number of Ministry officials and employees.
During the forum, the Ministry launched the “Leadership in Beneficiary Experience Award”, dedicated to internal entities within the Ministry. The award aims to motivate various departments to raise beneficiary satisfaction levels and enhance service quality, reflecting the Ministry’s commitment to improving business operations and strengthening a beneficiary-centered approach.
In his speech, His Excellency Mr. Al-Ghamdi stated that the award represents a strategic milestone in consolidating the Ministry’s leadership—locally, regionally, and globally—in the field of beneficiary experience. He emphasized that it serves as a strategic pillar for developing services and improving the beneficiary journey in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. He also stated the Ministry’s major achievements, including attaining advanced rankings in the National Center for Performance Measurement, winning the International Customer Experience Award from Awards International, advancing in the Digital Experience Maturity Index, and achieving prominent positions in UN reports, which all reflecting the Ministry’s distinguished standing and global competitiveness.
The forum featured a panel session delivered by Mr. Kalfa Daibi from HumanZoutcome on Return on Investment in Beneficiary Experience. It also witnessed the signing of an agreement with Kaizen Consulting as the knowledge sponsor of the award, contributing to enriching its stages and applying global best practices.
This award underscores the Ministry of HRSD’s commitment to enhancing the beneficiary experience as a strategic pillar, contributing to improving the quality of life for citizens and residents and aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
