During its participation in the Digital Government Forum 2025, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development took the first place at the level of government entities in the digital transformation measurement index by 95.24% out of more than 200 government entities, ,continuing its excellent track for the fourth consecutive year, where it achieved 94.89% in 2024, 92.89% in 2023 and 91.76% in 2022.
The achievement is a continuation of the Ministry's efforts in the field of promoting digital transformation and technical innovation to enhance the experience of beneficiaries and elevate the efficiency of digital services provided to individuals and enterprises in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in building an integrated and effective digital government. This also highlights its continuous commitment to the development of a leading digital infrastructure and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions and technologies as well as a unified platform approaches that facilitate access to services and accelerate the completion of transactions such as the Qiwa, Musaned platform, Ajeer, Social Security, rehabilitation platforms and others which support the enhancement of the beneficiary's journey and elevate the quality of services provided.
It should be noted that, at the Digital Government Forum, the Ministry won six digital excellence awards highlighting its leadership in the digital transformation field and the use of modern technologies. It won the second place in the index of websites efficiency and digital content by 92.41%, ahead of more than 250 government agencies, the award of the best initiative for digital inclusion for its initiative "proactive digital cards for people with disabilities", the award of Excellence for its initiative "Smart control of the labor market", and the certificate of excellence in the National Overall Reference Architecture (NORA) in addition to the certificate of excellence among the best in digital financial maturity, in recognition of its efforts in developing advanced digital financial solutions that improve efficiency and transparency in government transactions.
