Social Development Centers’ Regulation and Executive Rules

The social development centers aim to develop the local communities in an inclusive integrative manner in accordance with the modern scientific methods which are based on the citizen’s needs among those communities. The social development centers are founded based on meeting the citizens’ needs and collaborating them incorporeally , sharing in kind and humanly(human resources) in the implementation of various developmental , social , educational or cultural , training , recreational ,sport , healthy , agricultural and environmental programs which contribute in meeting the local community’s needs and providing it with the development , safety and security.
