Automating the mechanism for issuing visas for people with disabilities and unifying the recruitment controls for social development and work through the technical link between the Musaned system and the social welfare system to identify the beneficiaries and the fee-exempt visa

Steps

The user chooses the service of exempting visa fees for people with disabilities from the list of electronic services on the Ministry's website.

Fill in the required data, then submit the application. The letter of endorsement will be displayed for printing or sending via e-mail to the beneficiary in real time.

The issued endorsement letter can be reprinted through the “My Requests” icon.

Conditions

The beneficiary must be registered with the Ministry and have a valid disability assessment.

The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.

The disability must be classified in the visa fee exemption program.

The beneficiary should have a personal file on the electronic services portal.

The beneficiary's marital status must be registered in the social welfare system.

An e-service that enables persons with disabilities registered with the Ministry and whose disability has been assessed, to submit a request to obtain a letter of support for exemption of visa fees for persons with disabilities, according to the terms and conditions.
