It is a service provided by Qiwa aims to facilitate enterprises business with immediate visas issuance. The service is provided to enterprises that achieve high nationalization rates and are compliant to labor regulations

Steps
- Log in to the establishment account
- Choose the instant visa service from the electronic services
- Choose to submit a request
- Choose the “Instant Visa (Establishment)” service.
- Choose the appropriate category for the required balance
- Complete the payment process
Conditions
The validity of the commercial register. Activities that do not require a commercial register are excluded from this condition
The status of the establishment is existing
Validity of work permits in all unified number establishments
Commitment to wage protection
The activity of the establishment is permitted to provide the service
All other entities under the Consolidated Number are in the range of at least Medium Green or Green Very Small except for Existing Entity in the case of start-up facilities, and Medium Green or above in the case of expansion facilities
There is sufficient balance for the transaction in the establishment’s unified national number account in Absher
FAQs
- The enterprise’s must be active
- A valid commercial registration except for the activities that do not require commercial registration.
- Comply with safeguarding of wages
- Enterprise’s activity is allowed
- The enterprise Nitaqat must be at least in a medium green level or very small green for establishment visa, and medium green and above for expansion enterprises.
- Enterprises under the same unified number must not have any expired work permit
- Having sufficient credit in the national unified number of the enterprise on Absher
