Orphans recommendation letter
An e-service that enables orphans registered in the Ministry's system to Request and issue
a letter of recommendation To be submitted to third parties according to the terms and conditions.
Start the service
Clicking on 'Start the Service' will direct you to an external website that may have different policies for content and privacy than the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development website.
Steps
- Choose the service of issuing the letter of recommendation for orphans from the list of services available on the portal of e- services on the Ministry's website.
- Fill in the required data and choose the purpose of the letter
- Select the referral entity from the list and in the absence of the required entity from the list choose (Other).

If a listed entity is chosen, the letter is displayed for printing or sending via e-mail to the beneficiary in real time.

In the case of choosing (other) the beneficiary will fill in the entity details to be referred to with the reason. The request will then be sent to the ministry branch and processed by the employee.
Conditions
The beneficiary must be registered with the Ministry in the orphan care system, The beneficiary's data should be updated., The beneficiary must have an account in the ministry's portal.
