Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, on his behalf and on behalf of the entire human resources and social development system, extends his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Crown Prince, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect them both, on the occasion of the 93rd National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, commemorating the unification of the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty the founding King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud, may his soul rest in peace.

He stated, "Saudi National Day is an occasion that embodies national values of loyalty, dedication, sacrifice, and genuine allegiance to an inspiring leadership that has made the development of its citizens a top priority. Through an ambitious vision that looked to the future from an early stage, it has made a significant difference in a short period, raising expectations for global competitiveness with pride and gratitude for this beloved homeland, which enjoys security, prosperity, and stability. It has achieved unprecedented historical accomplishments during the reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, may Allah protect them both.” He pointed out that the journey of unification of this proud nation began with solid foundations, principles, and values that manifest unity, justice, equality, and peace, along with honorable heroic stances recorded in history from one generation to another. This carries the responsibility for us as citizens to preserve the unity of this homeland, defend it, enhance its status, and continue working to achieve its leadership's aspirations.

Engineer Al-Rajhi added that the significant achievements in the sectors of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development were made possible through the support and guidance of the wise leadership, may Allah protect them. These accomplishments align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, where labor market indicators have empowered national talents to participate in sustainable development. As a result, the unemployment rate has dropped to 8.5%, with more than 2.3 million Saudi male and female workers in the private sector, the highest number in history. Furthermore, the number of female citizens working in the private sector has risen to more than 700,000, representing 36% of the total Saudi workforce in the private sector.

He further pointed out that the social development sector continues to achieve remarkable milestones on multiple fronts. The growth rate of non-profit sector organizations has reached 151% since the launch of Vision 2030, totaling more than 4,134 organizations. The average governance of these non-profit organizations is over 85%. Additionally, the number of volunteers has exceeded 420,000, offering 175,000 volunteering opportunities. Moreover, more than 170,000 citizens, beneficiaries of social security, have been empowered, and a law on the rights of persons with disabilities has been enacted. He also highlighted the pioneering role of the civil service sector in automating services. It has contributed to the implementation of over a million processes on the "Miswaar" platform to support and develop human resources in government entities, benefiting 600 government agencies. This year, the "Dawm" loyalty program was launched to appreciate the significant contributions of public sector employees.

Minister Al-Rajhi concluded his statement by praying for the well-being of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, and for their success in serving this nation and its citizens towards achieving further developmental accomplishments.
