Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), represented by Labor Market Policy Agency, in cooperation with KACND, held the first workshop of Social Dialogue Forum (13) for the year 2023, between three production parties (Government, Employers, and Workers) at KACND Headquarters in Riyadh.

The proceedings of the first workshop of Social Dialogue Forum (13)  were inaugurated by H.E. Deputy Minister of Labor Market Policies at HRSD, Eng. Hani bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Mojel, who welcomed the participants in a speech he delivered, stressing that HRSD will the necessary support to activate and strengthen the dialogue and its mechanisms between three production parties to reach common visions and convergence of views on labor market issues and achieve balance and stability in the market, praising the successes achieved by previous Social Dialogue Forums in improving labor market policies.

H.E. Deputy Secretary-General of KACND, Mr. Ibrahim bin Zayed Al-Asiri, delivered a welcoming speech to the participants, where he said: "We are pleased at KACND to be partners in the work of social dialogue in its thirteenth session, with the launch of the first of its workshops, which will contribute to laying the first foundations for the closing forum of this session, which will bring together the three production parties, Government, Employers, Workers, and follow-up of International Labor Organization".

This was followed by the start of dialogue session between the three production parties in discussing the proposed topics and axes to be a subject for negotiation and deliberation over the course of forum’s workshops in its current session, and reaching agreement on the most important axes that would serve stability of labor market and contribute to its development.
