His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, visited several centers affiliated with the Ministries of Labor and Social Development in the Sultanate of Oman. This visit occurred while he was leading the delegation of the Kingdom participating in the ministerial committee meetings (Labor, Social Affairs/Social Development, and Civil Service) of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. These meetings commenced on September 19, 2023, in the city of Muscat.

Minister Al-Rajhi visited the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Leadership in Muscat, where he was received by His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Qassim Al-Lawati, the Academy's President. During the meeting, they reviewed the activities of the Academy and its role in promoting modern administrative development in the Sultanate of Oman. They also discussed the development of leadership in both the public and private sectors and the developmental initiatives launched as part of Oman Vision 2040. Furthermore, they explored various topics of mutual interest between the two sisterly countries to enhance cooperation in the field of human development, develop current and future leaders, and exchange experiences and expertise in this regard.

It is worth mentioning that the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Leadership enjoys the esteemed royal patronage of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq - may Allah protect and guide him. The Academy was established in January 2022 with the aim of developing national leadership at various administrative levels in both the public and private sectors.

Additionally, His Excellency visited the National Autism Center, which is the first of its kind in Oman. The center is fully funded by the Oman LNG Company as part of the "Gift to Oman" initiative. This initiative is of national priority and directly impacts the lives of many individuals.

The significance of these visits lies in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's commitment to strengthening cooperation and collaboration, keeping pace with changes and developments, and learning from Oman's experiences in various areas related to the ministry's work.
