The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced new requirements aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the services provided by recruitment offices and companies. This is to achieve the highest level of satisfaction for the beneficiaries of these offices and companies and to continue the Ministry's work to develop the recruitment sector improve the labor market environment and enhance its attractiveness.
The new requirements include providing the minimum performance level to ensure the quality and efficiency of all sizes of recruitment offices and companies. Such requirements were designed to ensure the protection of rights, accelerate recruitment duration, and rapid response to resolve complaints to enhance the beneficiary’s satisfaction with the service. As well as to provide more options for customers and beneficiary companies, enhance Transparency and quality in recruitment processes, and improve the experience of contractual relationship parties.
The Ministry will work to measure performance and continuously verify the compliance of offices and companies with these requirements based on the regulatory resolutions for the work of offices and companies, whether inside or outside the Kingdom. It also confirms that these new requirements aim to achieve the strategic goals set by the Ministry to improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment offices and companies. This is to contribute to increasing the satisfaction of beneficiaries by the application of such requirements.
