The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced the results of its inspection efforts targeting recruitment offices and companies during the second quarter of 2025 AD. As part of its ongoing efforts to regulate the sector, enhance compliance level, and ensure the protection of the rights of all relevant parties.

The Ministry revealed that a number of violations were detected, leading to regulatory actions against 18 recruitment offices. As a result, 17 offices had their operations immediately suspended, while one office had its license revoked due to its failure to rectify its violations within the specified grace period. The recorded violations varied, including breaches of recruitment and labor service regulations, delays in refunding clients’ due amounts, as well as violations related to contracting procedures.

This comes as part of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s ongoing efforts, through its regulatory and inspection system, to enhance compliance in the labor market and improve the quality of services provided. These efforts fall within the framework of its strategy aimed at regulating practices and protection of all parties involved in contractual relationships, and establishing a well-organized, transparent, and sustainable work environment that enhances the beneficiary experience and supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The Ministry affirmed its continued commitment to monitoring the performance of recruitment offices regularly and imposing penalties on violators of regulations. The Ministry urges all beneficiaries to utilize the reliable services through the “Musaned” platform, the official national platform for regulating recruitment services. The platform enables electronic contracting with licensed service providers, and offers tools for evaluation, reporting violations, and tracking complaints. Violations may also be reported via the unified number (920002866) or through the “Musaned” app, available on smart devices.
