His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud — may Allah protect him — and to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud — may Allah protect him — for the gracious directive to exempt elderly persons with no income, persons with disabilities, and orphans with special circumstances who have no breadwinner, and who have transitioned from the previous Social Security System to the current system, from the requirement to add dependents residing in the same dwelling for the purpose of calculating the minimum pension. This comes to facilitate matters for these categories and take their circumstances into consideration.
His Excellency affirmed that this gracious directive reflects the wise leadership’s care for male and female citizens, its keenness to understand their needs, and its commitment to providing everything that contributes to improving quality of life and supporting the most vulnerable groups.
His Excellency the Minister prayed to Allah Almighty to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to reward them abundantly for the support, care, and attention they provide to the people of the nation, and to preserve the Kingdom’s security and prosperity
