1. Does the employee pay the costs of insurance premiums?

The employer is not entitled to require the employee to pay and participate in the insurance premiums, as the employer bears all costs.

2. Should the list of Saudi employees be reported, referenced, or handed over to Ministry of Human Resources after they are registered with the insurances?
