Article (28):
Every employer who employs twenty-five or more workers, and the nature of his work enables him to employ persons with disabilities who have been professionally qualified, must occupy at least 4% of the total number of his workers with disabilities who are professionally qualified, whether by nominating recruitment units or others, and he must send to the competent labor office a statement of the number of jobs and works occupied by persons with disabilities who have been professionally qualified, and the remuneration of each of them.
