Article (30) of the Domestic Workers Regulation stipulates the following: (Without prejudice to the penalties provided for in other laws, a domestic worker who violates the provisions of this regulation shall be punished as follows:

A fine not exceeding two thousand Saudi riyals or banning him from working in the Kingdom or both.

Fines are multiplied by the number of violations proven against the domestic worker.

The costs of returning home shall be borne by the offending domestic worker.
