The National Policy to Eliminate Forced Labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Based on the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks to implement the Kingdom's commitments in the 2014 protocol, which aims to enhance prevention and protection measures for workers and intensify efforts to eliminate all forms of forced labor.

In this context, the national policy aims to effectively eliminate all forms of forced labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by building an integrated national framework to unify efforts and confirm the legislative and regulatory orientation of the Kingdom in protecting rights, achieving justice, and combating arbitrary and criminal practices related to forced labor.
