Uploading the Wage Protection file
electronic service that allows establishments to upload an electronic sealed file containing pay and reconciliation data for employees registered with it without visiting ministry locations. After uploading, the file gets processed and conformed to the social insurance regulations, and the compliance rate is updated instantly. The establishment owner/commissioner can review the rate of compliance with the wage protection program and justify the observed irregularities on the employees' wages.
- Sign up on “Madad” platform".
- Select the establishment from the list of establishments affiliated to ID or residency numbers.
- Through the sidebar, press "Upload Files" and you will be transferred to the upload page, you will be able to upload the file through it by clicking the "Upload New File" button.
- Select the type and month of wages.
- Select the file by clicking the “Select File” button.
- Approve confirmation, then click on “Upload” and the file will be processed immediately.
- Through the sidebar, click on "Compliance Information" to see the status of the establishment's compliance to the Wages Protection program.
- Registration of the establishment through the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- Registration of the establishment through the General Institution for Social Insurance, documentation of the main branch and registration of the owner or commissioner of the establishment.
- Ensuring that there are bank accounts for the establishment and the employees registered with it.
