Steps
Log in to the electronic services portal using the username and password of the establishment.
The business owner selects the establishment to object or submit a settlement against it from the list of listed establishments.
The employer/authority selects the service of objections and settlements of work violations from the list of facility services
The system displays all the violations that meet the conditions of the settlement request by clicking on the search button, and the employer / authority can search for a specific violation or several violations on a specific date.
The employer selects the settlement procedure to display the settlement request and start the procedure by filling in the fields and uploading the attachments
Conditions
That an administrative decision has been issued imposing one of the penalties stipulated in the schedule of violations., The settlement should not be for a violation that was repeated for the third time within two years from the date of imposition of the penalty, or the settlement was made the previous time., Submission within 90 days from the date of informing the violator of the administrative decision to impose the penalty., That the violation subject to settlement has been removed and the status of the facility corrected., The company's domain should be green or higher., That the fine has not been paid, The violation must be paid within 60 days from the date of approval of the settlement.
