The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed a memorandum of understanding with Takamol for Business Services to launch "Jadeer" program. The signing took place under the patronage of His Excellency the Assistant Minister for Shared Services, Mr. Ismaeil bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi. The Ministry was represented by His Excellency the Undersecretary for Human Resources, Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Moghlooth, while the company "Takamol" was represented by its CEO, Dr. Ahmed bin Abduljabbar Al-Yamani.

The memorandum aims to foster collaboration between both parties to qualify and develop outstanding graduates, providing them with knowledge and practical experience through the launch of "Jadeer" program.

This program is in line with the targets of the Human Resources Agency to be a strategic supportive partner for the ministry's sectors by providing and developing human resources to achieve the Ministry's aspirations and strategic objectives.
