HRSD participates in FPF, V.5

 The HRSD, represented by the Support Services Agency/ Technical Affairs Assistant Agency, participated in the Future Project Forum (FPF), 5^th version, organized by the Saudi Contractor Authority (SCA) for supporting and developing the contracting sector. During its participation, the HRSD reviewed a number of development roles and activities which it performed in development, including beneficiary centralization and social responsibility through developing policies and legislations, enabling its employees to provide premium experience for beneficiaries and reinforcing the mental image.

 During the HRSD’s participation in FPF, a number of the future construction projects were reviewed, including the development of security and safety systems in accommodation facilities, the development of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center in Tabuk and the rehabilitation of a number of the HRSD Bureau’s facilities. Besides, the role of such projects were explained in supporting and fulfilling the criteria of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, enhancing the quality of the service provided to beneficiaries, improving the productivity and outputs of the public-sector workers, and improving the effective performance of the government authorities, along with boosting the efficiency of financial planning, the government expenditure efficiency and the facilitation of the healthcare service provision to beneficiaries of comprehensive rehabilitation. Besides, the mechanism and methods of rehabilitation and assessment of construction project contractors were reviewed in terms of technical assessment, experience criteria, multiple technical specialties of engineers, and other assessment criteria which are applied for on Etimad platform.

 It is worth mentioning that the HRSD, through participation in such forums, seeks to achieve its strategic vision, represented by an empowered vital society and a distinguished working environment in an attractive labor market, in addition to the empowerment of the individual, the society and organizations, enhancing social responsibility and development the labor market.
