The ministry of human resources and social development won the silver award in the best staff engagement program category for 2024 at the HR brilliance award, which was held in the British capital London, in the presence of elite group of personalities and officials in the field of human resources worldwide where the agent ministry of human resources Mr. Mohamed Bin Abdallah Almagloth received the award. 

The ministry’s win of the award was a result of systematic strategies of human resources management, best human resources practices and their outstanding contribution to improving business performance, promoting the quality of the internal working environment and involving staff in making decision.
