The Ministry has identified a number of conditions for the admission of the beneficiary in day-care centers to include cases between the ages of two and 45 years of age. The level of intelligence of the beneficiary is less than 50 degrees according to the criteria adopted by those suffering from moderate or severe mental disorder. Such a degree should not be attributed to the Ministry of Education centers, nor should the beneficiary be enrolled in public or private education or special education programs, as well as free of health problems, infectious and infectious diseases, and mental and behavioral disorders that pose a danger to himself and others.
