The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has achieved the fifth level in the Portfolios, Programme and Projects Management Maturity Assessment (P3M3) as the highest achiever of this level at the local, regional and international levels, in the assessment issued by the British organization “Axelos”, which specializes globally in this field.

The Ministry was evaluated on its practices in managing portfolios, programs and projects through seven main axes, including: organizational governance, administrative control, benefits management, risk management, stakeholder management, financial management, and resource management.

The Ministry's achievement came as a result of its continuous development efforts to apply the highest standards in strategy management and implementation practices, follow the best international practices, and its commitment to excellence and quality in the management of portfolios, programs and projects in order to achieve the Ministry's strategy and contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
