The Ministry of Labor and Social Development abolished the licensing of one company and 14 recruitment offices from the beginning of 2018 until the end of January 2019. In order to achieve compliance and stability of the recruitment market and free of violations, in order to preserve the rights of contracting parties, and ultimately reflected on the quality of services provided to customers. In order to safeguard the rights of clients, ensure justice and enforce regulations and penalize violators, Abu Al Khail called on all clients to report any irregularities or problems encountered in recruitment through the official channels of communication, whether through the Call Center for Customer Service (19911) , Or through branches of labor offices spread throughout the Kingdom.
