The Minister of Human Resources launches an initiative to engage with retirees during the honoring of 530 retirees today

His Excellency, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, announced the launch of an initiative to communicate with retirees in the ministry. The aim is to benefit from their experiences and expertise in the fields of consultation and training, and to participate in ministry events.

After presiding over the ceremony honoring 530 retirees over the past two years (44-1445H), His Excellency stated, "We draw inspiration for the culture of honoring in our society from our wise leadership, which celebrates its sons and appreciates their national efforts." He pointed out that this occasion is an opportunity to express gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of his colleagues who have retired during their service in the ministry. They contributed to achieving accomplishments, serving beneficiaries, and transferring their experiences to their colleagues to continue the institutional excellence.

Minister Al-Rajhi emphasized that the ministry's doors are open to retirees to submit any proposals for improving the work system, clarifying that serving the nation does not stop at the retirement stage, which is a new phase in a person's life to strive for more success.

During the ceremony, a speech was delivered on behalf of the retirees by Mr. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, Assistant Director General of the Ministry's branch in the Makkah region. He praised the contributions of retirees and their role in achieving the ministry's goals and accomplishments, as well as enhancing the performance culture in the work system according to the best practices and quality standards.

The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Abu Thunain, His Excellency the Deputy Minister for Civil Service, Mr. Maher Al-Qasim, His Excellency the Assistant for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail Al-Ghamdi, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Human Resources, Mr. Mohammed Al-Mughalluth, along with several officials in the ministry.
