MLSD conducts over 70,000 inspection visits as part of ‘A Nation Without a Violator’ campaign, uncovering 8,000 violations
Publication date: 21 September 2022 - 25 Safar 1444Spokesman of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development Khaled Abalkhail said the labor inspection teams conducted 70,250 inspection visits in various regions of the Kingdom as part of the campaign titled ‘a Nation Without a Violator’, which is in cooperation with several government entities.
Abalkhail pointed out the inspection rounds which started in Safar of the current year have detected 8,048 violations related to several sectors as well as tracked down violators of the labor and residency laws, highlighting the campaign aims to implement the ministry’s regulations, protect rights of parties, prepare the labor market to attract national cadres and increase local and investment as per Saudi Vision 2030.
Abalkhail urged customers to cooperate with the ministry and report labor violations through contacting the customer service No. (19911) or using ‘Ma3an lil Rasd’ app on smart phones.
