The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development sponsors the signing ceremony of the contract for the second phase of the Social Case Survey Project

Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, sponsored the signing ceremony of the agreement between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and “Elm” for the second phase of the Social Case Survey Project, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, the CEO of Elm Company, Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Saad Al-Jadha'i, the CEO of the National Center for Privatization, Mr. Muhannad bin Ahmed Basudan, and a number of officials.
The second phase of the project, launched with the support of the National Center for Privatization, aims to allocate social survey work and home visits to beneficiaries of the Social Security Program in various regions of the Kingdom, allowing the Ministry to contribute to raising the quality of community services provided while also developing and improving the beneficiary experience.
In his speech during the ceremony, Deputy Minister for Social Security and Empowerment, Eng. Soltan bin Jorais Al-Jorais, emphasised that the Ministry seeks to support the most disadvantaged groups in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The Developed Social Security System was developed based on actual need, while also considering the best international practices of several similar programs in other countries, social and economic aspects and future development opportunities, to achieve the three main axes: A vibrant society, a thriving economy and an ambitious nation, stating that the goal of the social cases survey project is to achieve operational and financial efficiency for field visits to beneficiaries of the social security system, involve the private sector in government projects; achieve the ministry's strategy to activate the role of the private sector so that the ministry plays the role of legislator and supervisor; operate the ministry's services; and provide beneficiaries with the fullest possible support.
For his part, the CEO of the National Center for Privatization, Muhannad Basudan, said that the signing of the project comes as a continuation of the signing of the Supervisory Committee for the Privatization of the Human Resources and Social Development Sector, the first phase of the Social Cases Survey Project in the Riyadh and Hail regions, in order to improve the level of services provided and facilitate the researcher's access to the places of residence of the beneficiaries in cooperation with the private sector and benefit from their experiences in increasing and improving the service. It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks, through the developed social security system, to support the most disadvantaged groups and achieve the objectives of social protection by providing financial support, rehabilitation and training services, in addition to empowerment and employment services, ensuring that Zakat funds reach their beneficiaries, improving the workforce and improving the skills of beneficiaries to enhance the quality of their social and economic lives in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
