HRSD Deputy Minister for Social Development visits Ensan

H.E., HRSD Deputy Minister for Social Development, Mr. Majed bin Abdulrahim Alghanmi, visited the Charity Committee for Orphans Care (Ensan) in Riyadh where he met the Charity’s General Manager, Mr. Mohamed bin Saad Almohareb, in the presence of number of leaders of the HRSD and Charity Committee for Orphans Care.

During the visit, talks were held about the ways of joints cooperation, launching constructive initiatives for enhancing the role of the nonprofitable sector, and increasing its influence for creating sustainable impression useful for beneficiaries of the charities specialized in the field of orphan care in the Kingdom.

During his tour in the Charity’s departments and facilities, H.E., the Deputy Minister for Social Development praised the extinguished efforts and programs offered by the Charity to beneficiaries and the constructive initiatives which serve them, indicating that such visit came in the context of the HRSD’s support and interest in the Charity’s role in developing and growing the society.

On his part, Mr. Mohamed Almohareb welcomed H.E., the Deputy Minister, indicating the HRSD’s interest and care for following up the works of the nonprofitable sector and supervising workflow in charities since they serve beneficiaries and improve the quality of their lives. He indicated that Ensan has been one of the biggest charities concerned with orphan service and care since it was founded by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may Allah bless, 25 years ago.

On the other, the General Manager indicated the major roles of Ensan’s partners in enhancing strategic partnership with the Charity, seeking for achieving the integration between the private sector and the nonprofitable sector in line with the national vision 2030. Ensan, in its corporate business and in collaboration with the partners to success, seeks to achieve financial sustainability through specific projects and meaningful, constructive programs for empowering their beneficiaries. This includes the training, rehabilitation and employment programs and the support of entrepreneurship projects for the purpose of transferring beneficiaries from being dependent into being productive and achieving their self-sufficiency.

Afterwards, a presentation simulating Ensan’s journey and its most eminent initiatives and programs provided to beneficiaries, was shown.
