The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development participates in the third edition of the largest technical conference “LEAP 2024”

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is participating in the third edition of the largest technical conference, “LEAP 2024”, which is organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, and the “Tahaluf” company, under the slogan “New Horizons”, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, during the period from 4 to 7 March 2024 AD.

Through the launch of a series of services to support the social development system, the signing of numerous agreements in the areas of digital transformation with a number of specialized international and local companies, participation in dialogue sessions and conference workshops, and other means, the Ministry hopes to highlight its digital efforts as one of the leading government agencies in the field and strive to develop its services for the beneficiaries.

Through its pavilion at the conference, the Ministry will showcase its qualitative and digital initiatives and services that it provides to empower the labor market, and promote the growth and expansion of businesses in the Kingdom, and the emerging technologies that it employs to improve the quality of its services, in addition to its efforts to enhance its digital system to serve beneficiaries, and the successes and achievements it has achieved in the sectors it supervises during the last period.

It is worth noting that the third edition of the LEAP conference includes more than 1,000 international and local companies in the technology sector, and more than 1,000 experts and speakers from 180 countries, and aims to discuss the future of technology and artificial intelligence, review the latest innovations, and consolidate the Kingdom’s position as a center for technology and innovation and a point of attraction for technology investments in the region, it represents an influential platform for investors, startups, experts, and those interested, and is considered an important axis in the digital transformation process locally and globally.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development aims to improve the attractiveness of the job market through the introduction of numerous programs and initiatives. These include the automation of over 80% of services, the goal of 300 new services on the ministry's digital platforms by 2024, and the development of a younger generation that engages in volunteer work in order to meet the national target of one million volunteers by 2030.
