In cooperation with the King Abdul Aziz Center for Cultural Communication, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, held the fifth preparatory workshop for the Fifteenth Social Dialogue Forum for 2025, entitled: “A Shared Vision for the Future of Work”. It was attended by His Excellency the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Labor Market Policies, Mr. Muhannad bin Ahmed Al-Essa, the Chairman of the National Committee of Workers Committees, Eng. Nasser Abdulaziz Al-Jaryad, and the Acting Chairman of the National Committee for the Labor Market, Mr. Khaled Alshunaiber, and with the participation of delegations of representatives of the three production parties.
The workshop discussed the proposed recommendations within the pivots of the Fifteenth Social Dialogue Forum, which included: Managing change as part of the application of the commercial registration system and its impact on the labor market, training and development, the quality of nationalized jobs, strengthening partnership with the private sector, sustainable development, labor challenges between Qiwa and social insurance and enhancing the positive image of the labor market.
This workshop is part of a series of preparatory workshops for the Fifteenth Social Dialogue Forum, which represents one of the most prominent national platforms for discussing labor market policies and issues.
