The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has launched the "CV Upload" service for support (domestic) workers through the "Musaned" platform. This initiative aims to facilitate the process for employers seeking to benefit from existing domestic workers when transferring their services, aligning with ongoing efforts to enhance the support worker recruitment sector within the Kingdom.

The MHRSD clarified that this service presents an innovative model for streamlining worker selection based on their CVs and service transfer requests, offering ease and convenience. The fully automated nature of the service is designed to improve employers' access to available support workers within the Kingdom.

The "Musaned" platform now enables workers to upload their CVs upon the conclusion of their employment contract, detailing their profession and acquired experience. This functionality provides employers with expanded options for searching CVs and selecting candidates based on skills and professions that meet their specific requirements. This procedure contributes to the equitable preservation of the rights of both workers and employers.

This service is in accordance with the MHRSD's broader objectives to develop the recruitment sector. Previous initiatives in this direction include various programs aimed at safeguarding the rights of both parties in the contractual relationship, such as the Wage Protection Program for Support Workers, the Contract Insurance Program, and the Unified Contract Program for worker recruitment, which is binding on both parties, preserves contractual rights, and defines mutual obligations.

It is important to note that the "Musaned" platform serves as the unified national platform for recruitment, CV review, and contracting with support workers in the Kingdom. The platform offers a range of services designed to improve and simplify the recruitment process, resolve potential complaints and disputes among all parties, and ensure the preservation of their rights.
