الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية تُطلق برنامج (رواد مصرفية الشركات) بالتعاون مع الأكاديمية المالية

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development launched today, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, the “Corporate Banking Pioneers” program in collaboration with The Financial Academy, during the Academy’s annual forum held at its headquarters in Riyadh. The program serves as one of the outcomes of the cooperation between the sectoral councils and The Financial Academy, within the framework of the partnership signed in November 2024.

This program is the first of its kind in the Kingdom’s financial sector, offering an innovative training model that differs from the traditional approaches used in banking academies. It is planned to expand its implementation across all banks in the future.

In its first phase, the program targets 20 trainees and extends over nine months, divided into three stages that include training courses, workshops, applied case studies, and professional mentorship. It aims to prepare national cadres for the role of Corporate Relationship Manager, enhancing their competencies in credit analysis, deal structuring and documentation, and managing and resolving non-performing loans. The program also seeks to strengthen participants’ knowledge in corporate, project, and trade finance, as well as treasury products, while integrating ESG macroeconomic and sustainability concepts into banking practices.

In addition, it focuses on developing communication, presentation, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, culminating in a capstone project evaluated by specialized experts.

The Ministry of HRSD affirmed that launching the “Corporate Banking Pioneers” program represents a significant step toward empowering national talent and enhancing their competitiveness in the financial sector, thereby contributing to supporting the Kingdom’s economic development pathways.
