Change expatriate Profession
An electronic service supported by artificial intelligence enables the establishment to apply to change the profession of the resident employee who works for it to match the work he does, and the establishment can also apply through the service to correct the profession of the employee who works for it according to the Unified Saudi Occupational Classification Guide without visiting the ministry

- The applicant must be an accredited representative of the facility in the systems of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- All facility licenses must be valid.
- The entity must be located in the platinum or green range.
- The status of the facility must be current.
- It is not permitted to change a resident’s profession to a profession restricted to Saudis.
- A valid professional practice certificate from the Saudi Council of Engineers for engineering professions.
- A professional practice certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture for veterinary professions.
- A professional practice certificate from the Saudi Authority for Accounting Specialties for those in accounting professions.
- The status of the worker whose profession is requested to be changed must not be “awaiting service transfer.”
- There is no request to change a profession in progress for the same worker.
- The worker must not have been issued a final exit visa
- The service is fully automated and does not require any documents or paperwork.
