"Human Resources” celebrates the achievements of “wage protection” and honors supporting banks.

The ministry of human resources and social development celebrated the achievements of wage protection programs, supporting banks and committed facilities through an event organized by "Mudad” in Riyadh in presence of His Excellency vice minister for work professor Abdallah Bin Nasser Abouthanin, His Excellency governor of the general social insurance corporation Mr. Abdelaziz Bin Hassan Albawq, His Excellency vice governor of central bank for censorship and technology Mr. Khalid Bin Waleed Alzaher. The event reviewed a number of ministry’s achievements and its effect on raising the attractiveness of the work market and the preserving the contractual relationship parties' rights especially the program of wage protection which works on monitoring the timely payment of wages and the agreed value of more than 700 thousand facilities in the private sector and the percentage commitment of program requirements exceeds 80% of the total facilities.

The program of wage protection and contract documentation objectives program participated together in raising level of transparency and providing attractive work environment that supports the stability of the employee, increase of his productivity, increase of reliability of contract data and decrease disputes and labor issues where 7 million workers in the private sector of Saudi and expatriate have been documented till now. 

His Excellency vice minister honored a group of participated banks in “Wage protection program services availability agreement without establishment fees or periodic subscription fees for small and micro facilities” in partnership with Saudi Central Bank and the banks are: Alinma Bank, Riyad Bank, Arab National Bank, Alawwal Bank SAAB, and Gulf International Bank. He also honored the banks that started to connect with “Mudad” system for salary management to provide the benefit via modern technical means and e-governance applications to raise the services level provided for private sector in particular small and micro facilities in a way that contributes to shortening administrative procedures, raising its quality level, its completion speed and facilitating its commitment of wage protection program. These banks are: Al Rajhi Bank, Saudi National Bank, Alinma Bank, Arab National Bank, STCpay, Albilad Bank and Bank Aljazira. 

His Excellency professor Abdallah Abouthanin -during his speech on this occasion- expressed gratitude and appreciation of the exerted efforts by Saudi Central Bank, supporting banks and private sector facilities which responded to the program and committed to its rules of operation.
