The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has revealed the key figures of the “Qiwa” platform for the first quarter of 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the labor market and enhance the efficiency of digital services provided to establishments and individuals, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The Ministry stated that the platform continued to achieve rapid growth in usage indicators during the first quarter, with the number of registered establishments exceeding 2 million, while the number of registered workers surpassed 13 million. In addition, more than 12 million employment contracts have been notarized, reflecting the scale of digital transformation taking place in the Kingdom’s labor market.
During the first quarter, the platform also launched a number of enhanced services, most notably the Unified Training Contract Notarization Service, which enables private sector establishments to create and notarize training contracts in accordance with approved regulations. This contributes to safeguarding the rights of all parties, enhancing transparency, improving the quality of training practices, and organizing training pathways within the labor market. The platform also introduced the Saudi National Registration Controls service, aimed at regulating employment contracts and strengthening job stability by reducing multiple non-standard contracts. This contributes to limiting ineffective Saudization practices and enhancing compliance levels in the labor market.
In the context of strengthening international cooperation and knowledge exchange, the platform’s administrators welcomed, during the first quarter of this year, a delegation from the World Bank, as well as the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kingdom. The visit included a presentation of the platform’s key services and associated qualitative initiatives.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development reaffirmed its continued commitment to advancing digital services through the “Qiwa” platform, in a way that enhances labor market efficiency and reinforces the Kingdom’s position as a global leader in digital transformation and the enablement of work environments.
