The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development concluded the activities of the Digital Transformation Forum in Al Qassim Province, with the attendance of more than 1,800 visitors who are concerned and specialized in the fields of technology, digital transformation and innovation, in addition to the participation of representatives of government, private and non-profit entities.
The forum was characterized by the interaction of the participating entities, as it included many dialogue sessions and visual presentations that dealt with fundamental axes in the process of digital transformation, such as "Digital Solutions in the management of operational processes, digital transformations, inspiring experiences and applications of artificial intelligence between reality and hope. The Ministry also reviewed its most prominent digital initiatives and platforms, including power, support and wage platforms, professional accreditation, support and social protection, rehabilitation, social guidance, social responsibility, social specialties and family guidance, in addition to the Ministry's application and automated digital services that enhance the quality of life for beneficiaries.
The forum included development workshops for the branches of the Ministry, including common services systems, the social development sector and the labor sector "Qiwa platform", which highlighted development opportunities, future challenges and ways to improve the services provided.
The accompanying exhibition witnessed a remarkable presence, as it included pavilions for cybersecurity, the digital work environment, and artificial intelligence products, in addition to pavilions for the labor sector, the digital excellence sector, and the social development sector, which presented technical presentations and creative initiatives.
On the sidelines of the forum, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed three memorandums of understanding with Al Qassim Municipality, Al Qassim University and Groq Company Limited, in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital inclusiveness, and innovation in policy development. The agreements aim to support the Ministry's directions in enabling modern technologies, raising operational efficiency, and improving the experience of beneficiaries, by supporting joint research and studies, developing skills, and raising joint awareness by providing initiatives to develop national capabilities, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
This forum and partnerships come within the efforts of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to contribute to accelerating digital transformation, adopting technical innovations, and enhancing integration among all sectors, in order to add value to beneficiaries and raise the efficiency of government services.
