On Monday, January 5, 2026, His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, honored the participants in the Ministry's achievement of the first place at the level of government agencies in the Digital Transformation Measurement Index for 2025, in the presence of His Excellency the Assistant Minister for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail Al-Ghamdi, and a number of officials.
In a speech on this occasion, His Excellency expressed his pride and honor of the efforts of the Ministry's employees that contributed to achieving this accomplishment, stressing that this accomplishment represents an important milestone in the digital transformation process in the Ministry, and reflects its commitment to applying the best digital practices, in a way that enhances the efficiency of institutional performance and supports the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
It is worth mentioning that during the Digital Government Authority Forum 2025, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development received six digital excellence awards, where it achieved the first place in the Digital Transformation Measurement Index among more than 200 government agencies, the second place in the Efficiency of Websites and Digital Content Index, the Best Digital Inclusion Initiative Award for its initiative "Proactive Digital Cards for Persons with Disabilities", and the Excellence Award for its initiative "Smart Monitoring of the Labor Market", and also obtained the Certificate of Excellence in the National Institutional Architecture (Nora), in addition to the Certificate of Excellence among the best entities in digital financial maturity.
