As part of its ongoing drive to elevate the recruitment sector and safeguard the rights of all stakeholders, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has released the findings of its inspection campaigns targeting recruitment offices and companies during the first quarter of 2025. These efforts reflect the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing transparency, efficiency, and accountability across the sector.

The Ministry revealed that it has revoked the licenses of five recruitment offices after they were found in breach of labor service regulations, failed to meet the minimum performance benchmarks, and did not comply with the standards required of shelter centers. Despite being given an opportunity to rectify the violations, the offices failed to take corrective action within the given deadline.

The Ministry further announced the suspension of ten additional recruitment offices for breaching recruitment practices, failing to promptly address refund-related complaints from clients, and falling short of the required shelter standards and conditions.

The Ministry urged all recruitment offices and companies to fully comply with the regulations governing recruitment practices and labor service provision. It also encouraged the public to report any violations through the unified Musaned support line (920002866) or via the Musaned app, available on all smart devices.
