تعزيز الحماية من التعديات السلوكية في بيئة العمل

As part of its continuous efforts to consolidate the culture of a safe work environment, and to promote awareness of professional rights and duties, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development concluded its awareness program dedicated to enhancing protection from behavioral abuses in work environments in private sector establishments, as part of the fourth quarter plan of 2025.

During this period, the awareness program included more than (12) workshops, dialogue sessions and awareness and educational pillars in its branches in the regions of the Kingdom, in cooperation with the relevant authorities, as it targeted more than (1000) beneficiaries of employers, human resources managers, workers and job seekers in the private sector, with the aim of raising awareness and building a work environment based on mutual respect, and maintaining the dignity, privacy and personal freedom of the individual, in accordance with the provisions of the Islamic Sharia and the laws in force.

This awareness program comes as an extension of the Ministry's efforts to spread the workers' culture and introduce the controls of protection against behavioral abuses stipulated in Ministerial Decision No. (20912) dated 02/02/1441 AH (01/10/2019 AD), during which the procedures and requirements that establishments must abide by were reviewed, and the mechanisms of practical implementation and methods of dealing with cases were explained, in addition to clarifying the penalties imposed on establishments that are not committed to taking the necessary preventive measures to protect their workers and reduce negative practices in the work environment.

Through these awareness programs, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirms that it continues to raise the level of awareness among employers and establishments of the approved controls, improve work environments, promote compliance with the provisions of the labor law, and preserve rights, in a way that contributes to the stability of the labor market and supports the achievement of the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
