Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmad bin Suleiman Al Rajhi, and the Ministry of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Turkey, Mahinur Ozdemir Goktash, signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of social services on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, on the margins of the Second World Summit for Social Development held in Doha, Qatar.
The memorandum is intended to enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise between the two countries in the fields of family, women, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities, contributing to the development of social services and improving the quality of life.
The meeting discussed means of future partnership and reviewed the significant experiences and initiatives in the fields of welfare and social development, in order to enhance the integration of development efforts in the Kingdom and Turkey
