Contract Management

It is a service that allows establishments to create and document employees' contracts electronically. After creating the employment contract, the employee can approve, reject or request to amend the contract through his account on the “Qiwa Afrad” platform. If both parties agree, the contract shall be considered certified and approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Steps

  1. Sign up on “Qiwa” platform.
  2. Select the establishment, then select the “Contract Management and Documentation” service.
  3. Complete the establishment’s information.
  4. Enter the employee’s information.
  5. Fill in the contract data (job title, contract duration, working hours, financial obligations, additional items... etc.)
  6. Send the request to the employee.

Conditions

  • The establishment must be running.
  • The employee must not have a valid contract on “Qiwa” platform.
